Transformer Price & Factory Quotation
As a manufacturer selling directly to customers, we determine the pricing of transformers based on rated capacity, voltage configuration, core and winding material, additional equipment, and order size. Large orders and distributor programs get a price reduction. Since the prices of materials fluctuate on the market, we issue formal quotes based upon the market price at the time of quote issuance, so feel free to request the pricing on the Pole-Mounted Transformer indicating required capacity and number of transformers needed.
- OEM/ODM branding does not affect the pricing of the standard series transformers.
- Prices of additional cores, units, and special packages are separate from the pricing of standard transformers.
- Terms of EXW/FCA/FAS would apply for the export contracts.
How to Connect This Transformer
Prior to activating the Pole-Mounted Transformer, ensure that the tap position is appropriate for the voltage supply and that the connection type is appropriate for your system. The high voltage bushings are connected from the supply side, whereas the low voltage terminals connect to the load side. The earthing terminal should also be connected to the station earth as per local regulations.
- Verify tap position against actual supply voltage.
- Connect high voltage to supply, low voltage to load
- Connect the earthing terminals as per local regulations.
This Transformer vs. Alternative Ratings
Compare typical configurations to select the correct rating:
| Item | This Product | Smaller / Larger Option |
| Capacity | As specified on this page | Lower or higher kVA available |
| Voltage | As specified | Other primary voltages available |
| Impedance | Per standard / custom | Adjusted to network requirements |
| Cooling | ONAN or AN/AF per type | Forced cooling option on request |
| Application | Distribution / power | Industrial, renewable or utility |
Export Markets & Country Compatibility
We deliver Pole-Mounted transformers to distributors and project customers in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. Before production begins for each consignment, we check the specific voltage, frequency, connection group, and certification requirements for each destination.
Transformer Dimensions, Weight & Packing
The size and weight can vary based on the rating, the voltage and the type. For example, a standard oil immersed transformer of 100 KVA has a length of about 1000-1200mm, a width of 500-700mm and a height of 1100-1400mm while shipping weight can vary between 600-900kg. Full dimension drawings and weights are provided with order confirmation and the transformers are packed to suit land or sea transportation requirements.
- Keep in mind that dimension drawings are approved before manufacturing.
- Transporting of goods will follow standards with specific lifting points indicated.
- Make sure to confirm your port and transport method so you could plan for delivery.
